SUMMER IN THE CITY

Do you ever feel like Samantha Jones, from Sex in the City and still can't beat the heat this summer?

This summer the days are hot, and you cannot stand to stay out under the sun and last year at this time you were on a vacation!
Maybe you would be drinking your coffee by the sea right now.
But not this year unfortunately due to economical reasons you are at home, wishing you were somewhere else.
Most Greeks and many others are in the same position as you are.  So, don’t sit in your house in misery.
If you can't go on a needed vacation or holiday right now…
BRING THE SUMMER ATMOSPHERE INTO YOUR HOME!

How about adding a little sea theme decorations that don’t cost much but can cheer up your mood? Consider adding pillows, candles to decorate your balcony while creating a small city oasis at the same time? After all, bringing the seaside theme to your home can make you almost forget that you aren't on vacation!

The best way to relish in your vacation-like interiors is to spoil yourself!  Buy a set of luxury hotel bed linen that will make your bed feel like heaven. While this could be expensive, I will suggest to you, but I know you deserve it and you will feel relaxed and surrounded in peacefulness when you rest.

For added ambiance around your living areas, add some candles and sea shells in your house decoration. It will create an elegant summer atmosphere, with a few beautiful platters or display pieces, your interiors will come alive.

Set your table with summer dinnerware and treat yourself and your loved one to a summer night dinner.

It’s always a challenge deciding what to do with the balcony – as a result, many people leave it bare or just use it as storage for bikes and milk crates. While it might seem difficult at first, even the smallest balcony can be turned into a cozy retreat with some simple seating, plants and a little imagination.

Make your home a summer retreat and a take a break from the everyday with summer inspired interiors. Love your home and the beautiful summer inspiration you can infuse into it!
